i've read your thread, and you are one of the people that competely misunderstands the point here - it's about business and promotion. most fans don't understand this.

you cannot compare mohammed ali fighting reguarly in the 70's with haye and klitschko fighting today.

it's not that they can't physically do it - it's the way all the tv networks and promotion works these days - that is what has changed boxing over theyears.

haye v klitschko would be the biggest heavyweight ppv globally, in the US, Europe, wherever, since tyson v lewis.

networks like sky would want more than 60 days to promote this fight effectively. please try and grasp this concept.

it has nothing to do with 'sugar ray robinson fought 20 times in six months' in the 50's, why can't klitschko fight twice in four months?' that argument is completely, totally redundant. if you don't understand that, you really don't understand how boxing works. it's about business.

ok, i see your point about haye pulling out last time, and they are protecting against that (but remember klitschko pulled out against chisora, so you can't have double standards here and say haye was faking while klitschko wasn't).however i don't think it is reasonable to only leave 60 days to promote haye v klitschko after the chisora fight. sky and the other broadcasters would want more time to promote the fight. it's definately over complicating matters by fighting chisora in the interim. why bother? why make things more difficult than they have to be, and jeopardise one of the big money fights of the decade?

i know that you are going to say because haye might pull out and leave klitschko hanging, but after klitschko pulled out againgst chisora 3 days before the fight, haye would reasonably be risking exactly the same thing happening to him.

How is that even the same? First off, Wlad provided medical proof of the injury to Chisora, and most important of all, Wlad is keeping his word and actually FIGHTING CHISORA!!! How did you miss that one?

honestly i really disliked haye at first but hes ok, hes just comic relief, hes making tons of money while making fun of his own fans

the best was when he was making fun of wlad fighting 40 year old 'names' and it was at a press conference about the audley fight, and you could tell he was laughing at the braindead idiots all around him as hes never fought a HW younger than 37, top 10, nothing, he made several million dollars off that audley fight by popping his face onto the camera every time anyone was talking about klitschko, how can you blame the guy for taking advantage of the dumbest fans in sports, boxing fans?

The Gayevid fans have to be the dumbest fans of any fighter, hands down. No way that fans from any other country would still defend a liar who has been fighting bums for 3 years, especially a liar that lied to them on multiple occasions.

Neither does Wlad, he can sell out a stadium in Germany without any effort. And neither does Vitaly.

They have sold out stadiums in the US and were shown on HBO and ESPN. Gayevid has never been shown on HBO or ESPN and has never sold out a stadium in the US, I believe his only fight in the US was at Hugh Hefner's house once. Gayevid is a Brit fighter, with only Brit appeal. The Klitschkos are world fighters, with world-wide appeal, who had over 100 countries buy rights to their fights. That's the difference. FACT.
