why do people underate pacs odlh win??

odlh was the favourite going it and had all the "advantages" of pac

pac gets bash of this win but this is a good win on his resume because he went against the odds

    period.

It is a solid win because Pac if I remember correct just moved up to 135 the fight before when he beat Diaz before fighting DLH at 147. Yes DLH was favored to demolish him, it was supposed to be a mismatch but ppl obviously discredit the win because of the form DLH showed up in which Pac has no control over.

The way its talked about now ppl try and make it seem like Pac cherrypicked him when really DLH cherrypicked Pac to duck Marg.............funny how things turned out a couple years later.

because oscar was weight drained and a shell of his former self, it wasn't 98 version of DLH that manny fought it was 2008 version.

Oscar was drained to a stick and was looking for a last big payday. The money was more important than winning for him at that point.

ODLH weighed in at 145lbs. He was so obviously weight-drained, he looked like a ghost and he hardly put up a fight.

That set the standard for Manny's future fights. He's an expert at weight-draining opponents at BS catchweights, like Cotto (145lbs) and Margarito (150lbs).

ODLH weighed in at 154lbs against Mayweather, and he gave him a good fight. If he had weighed in at 154 against Manny, then ODLH would have put up a fight.

Manny gets no credit for this win. Oscar was way past-prime and weight-drained by 9lbs.

all pacs career have been legit matches in my opinion, people talk about u shouldnt write of a fighter after one or two defeats or bad outings but those r the same people who say fighters in the old days had tons of losses and in todays boxing loses shouldnt mean much like before...
