    September 02, 2005 - Upon the news that former world title challenger Gianluco Branco 36-1-1(19) suffered a hand injury during training, HBO and Top Rank began looking for a suitable replacement to take on undefeated WBO Jr. Welterweight champion Miguel Cotto 24-0(20) on September 24in live on HBO PPV. **********.com spoke to WBO Inter-Continental Jr. Welterweight champ Kendall “Rated-R” Holt 19-1(12) to get his thoughts on possibly filling in for the injured Italian.       I hope he is the replacement. Holt is a good fighter with a lot of skills, but he'd also be quite easy for Cotto to overwhelm. His chin is questionable and he doesn't have nearly the defense to trouble Miguel.

          Holt is a very entertaining kid, wouldnt mind seeing him versus anybody, but I wish he didnt take the fight, cause I dont think he is ready to step up that high

                  holt gon get whacked

                  miguel is gonna crush holt within 5 rounds.holt doesnt have the chin and legs to absorb heavy blows for long.and alll..i did say cotto is gonna be the next undisputed jr welterweight champ soon.

                              cotto wont be undispusted champ at 140 unless mayweather moves up...cotto is flat footed ala gatti..and would get picked apart by mayweather..and cotto knows it

                                  That would be a good fight even though Cotto would win but there may be a glimer theres always room for an upset no matter how small it is...
