Look man, I am not a doctor, scientist, quantum physicist, or a professional fighter. However I do have eyes. As a result of what I am seeing and the amount of time I spent following styles of certain fighters. I can say for certainty that I am right about this. as I was once told, Einstein wasn't born with his theories intact. No one was ever great merely by chance. At some point, work had to be worked, knowledge had to be learned, and talent had to be skilled.

So with this is mind, when it comes to the sport of Boxing, people can trust I put the work in to write a thread like this, and they can believe what I write is based in reason and facts. Therefore should be apart of the Gospel of boxing theories.

No offense Horus but, I don't think you are the proper authority to set the standard for a slick fighter.

I could just as well make a thread stating what I think slick fighter is with different criteria.

"Slick" fighter is such a general term in the first place and it gets thrown around way too often.

Not that I dont appreciate your understanding what a slick fighter is. I'm sure you have watched enough boxing to categorize a certain amount of boxers into a group as slick, but thats just to your understanding not the basis for all boxing.

The point is I am offering a theory of what I feel is good description of a Slick Fighter. Feel Free to offer your own. But as it stands now, I feel everything posted in the opening post is a accurant assessment of a "Slick" fighter
