On paper JMM and Mosley were bigger wins then Pac's at WW. That's
the reason why Floyd is stilled ranked higher than Pac at 147. Right or wrong?

Shane>clottey and Oscar and cotto. And I think Shane is a better win Than cotto by a **** hair (or by 3lbs cuz of the unnecessary catchweight)

I do believe that Floyd has a slightly better resume than PAC at 147 as a whole though. But it appears you are specifically asking about those two, if yur's asking about these two only, there's no difference.

If Manny would have fought Mosley after Shane beat Margarito
then I would have nothing to say but he didn't. If Pacquiao
would have gave Marquez a 3rd fight at 140, then I would
have absolutely nothing to say but he didn't. Instead he
set up catchweights to get title so he could have his record
breaking 8 titles. Also Pac fought and won a 154 title at a
catchweight of 151 against a no ranked fighter and now that
a legit opponent (Martinez) wanted his title back that he vacated,
Manny all of a sudden became too small to compete at that
division he won a title at? Could have sworn Roach said Manny
is close to 140 with no problem but wanted the 3rd JMM fight at
147? Arum won't even work with no other promoter to make
good to great fights? Sorry to break it to you but Arum is
messing up boxing and not only the fans are feeling this way.
Could have sworn that Larry Merchant mentioned that. Things
are not looking good and like it or not, Arum and Co are the
