For lightweight Antonio DeMarco (24-2-1, 18KOs), it doesn't really matter where his next fight will be held but never in his wildest dreams would he have expected Grand Island, Nebraska. On February 26th, DeMarco of Tijuana, MX, will challenge fellow countryman Reyes Sanchez (20-3-1, 11KOs) of Mexico City, MX, for the WBC Silver lightweight title in the main event of "Rumble in the Heartland". The eight fight night will be held at the Heartland Events Center. The fight will be televised by Showtime and presented by Gary Shaw Promotions.

I've never seen Sanchez fight but Demarco always bring some big heavy guns, probably exciting no doubt.

DeMarco is a good fighter. Too bad he doesn't have a real promoter to keep him busy. He was on a roll before the Valero loss; however, after that, he only fought once more in 2010. He would be much better off with Top Rank!
