Riz man comn your a veteran here and this topic has been discussed allot. Boxrec uses their own point system which is lots of times irrelevant and no one really refers to it. They are only a good site for statistics and boxers records.

If you read how they compile there numbers it makes a little sense it is done by computer with no personal feelings involved but just goes to show computers a not perfect either,They had Robin Reid the no.1 Super middle weight right before Lacy crushed him.They have had Chris Bryd no.1 heavyweight for a while too.

Yeah, that Reid ranking was very strange, he hadnt done anything for about 6 years prior to the Lacy fight, and not much during the Lacy fight either!

I think Boxrec.com has Ruiz as one of the top heavyweights so just right their you know they have problems.
