Like this match-up is really going to get me to pony up for this dreck PPV fight! Cotto vs. Mayorga and this fight should be on HBO! Wasn't Mosley vs. Mayorga, Vargas vs. Mayorga and Trinidad vs. Mayorga on basic cable? Now, Mayorga is just an old fat cigarette smoker who has a punchers chance in the first round or two, after that he get's beat on like a drum...

There aren't too many that would go out of thier way to watch this garbage free......but ppv !!?? Hey who knows, there were those who bought haye/harrison, jones/b hop etc.

A source with knowledge of the negotiations has advised BoxingScene.com that former junior middleweight champion Yuri Foreman (28-1, 8KOs) has accepted the proposed fight with Pawel Wolak (28-1, 18KOs), which is going to take place on the pay-per-view undercard to Miguel Cotto vs. Ricardo Mayorga on March 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. This will be Foreman's first fight since suffering a nine round TKO defeat to Cotto in June 2010.

so we have a classic boxer-brawler matchup here. im picking foreman on this one though i also like wolaks style. btw, this **** doesnt deserve to be put on ppv

LOL at you picking three fights as basic cable when two of them were actual PPV fights

Mayorga vs Vargas was Showtime PPV
Trinidad vs Mayorga I think was DKPPV

and HBO rejected this fight in favor of the Martinez fight (which I would agree with at this time) so Bob went his normal route of self producing a PPV.

personally I am fine with that because he doesn't force feed us a fight where most think it's a mismatch and we won't have to pay a dime if we don't want
