It's simple. If Manny wants to fight, Call Floyd out. Floyd said the same thing for Hatton back in 2006 when ESPN was heckling him about fighting Judah. Hatton called Floyd out, the fight was instantly made. "Talk to my promoter" is not calling Floyd out.

I remember this blooper. Pacquiao said Let get it on! Let fight! And Mayweather Jr. back pedal ohhh I want a OS blood test. WTF! this is the first time Mayweather Jr. ask for a ****** demand in his last 40 fights. Pacquiao said who the Fu_k are you dictating me what to do. Then the fight is OFF. Mayweather Jr. ask so many ****** demand. FYI Pacquiao is the Champion and number 1 P4P at that time until now. Still Mayweather Jr. thinks he can dictate Pacquiao.
