Mayweather won't take the test if it's within 18 days. Mosley-Mayweather last blood test was 18-days before the fight, which by some random coincedence the same exact cut off period he gave to Manny in the first negotiation. Manny gave him 7-days but he said no.

It was four in the morning and Mayweather was driving without a license in the first place. Hell, he might have been drinking, who knows what hes doing at four in the morning driving around without a license. If anything hes lucky the security guard was being such a nice guy and that hes not in more trouble.
