    MANDALAY BAY Las Vegas- At today's midday press conference for the February 19th bantamweight showdown between Fernando Montiel and Nonito Donaire, the Mexican fighter revealed to BoxingsScene.com that this would be his final fight in the 118 pound division. "This is it right here. After this fight I am moving to 122."

    I f$%kin hate it when they sign on to do rematches before the fight.

    What if someone gets destroyed?

    Unless this is a closely fought fight there shouldn't be a rematch.

              i think montiel going up is a bad idea,he's too small,he should just stay at 118 there are better fighters there than at 122,122 isn't any good at all,compare the champs there to the ones at 118,bantamweight is way more interesting,the winner of agbeko/mares,moreno is there at 118 the only champion worth fighting is the wbc champ,so the fact that he's too small to be at 122,118 is better,what would be more interesting molitor or winner of mares/agbeko?

                in a way it's ok to sign before the fight,because what if it's a controversial fight? what if one fighter gets the decision and everybody thought the other one won the fight? this way the winner is forced to fight him,but yeah i also don't agree with rematches if the winner beat him easily...i guess theres two ways to look at it,
