Lemmie guess: Senchenko's next opponent will be lame, like all of his previous title fights.

So Canelo-M. Hatton is going to headline an HBO boxing telecast?

        Boxing never fails to disappoint.

Senchenko should fight Alfonso Gomez or Antwione Smith.

I don't get why people are sour on Alvarez-Matthew Hatton. I think it's a perfect fight for this stage in his career. I fully expect Alvarez to win, but think it's a proper fight before a title shot.

If the argument is that its not a worthy HBO headliner... I can see that. But the matchup itself isn't terrible.

That is my argument. If it was as an undercard it would be cool. If it was on HBO latino headliner fine. But, for it to be an HBO headliner after the stance they took with Martinez kind of disappoints me.

They might have taken a hard stance with Martinez, but they also put in a 2.4M purse for a fight vs. an absolute unknown. What do you think the purse for Canelo-Hatton is going to be?

Matthew Hatton is pretty much just as good as Senchenko is. Take a look at his resume, not that its great or anything but it's pretty much as good if not even better than Senchenkos. Senchenko has a belt, yeah so what? Accomplishment wise they are pretty much on the same level.

Canelo vs M.Hatton on the undercard?
