Universum Promotions expects former champion Ruslan Chagaev to pass the necessary medical exams for a proposed May fight with WBA heavyweight champion David Haye. There are concerns on the side of Hayemaker Promotions, that Chagaev will be unable to pass the strict medical requirements in Britain due his battle with Hepatitis B. Universum officials spoke with several German outlets and said they don't expect any problems with Chagaev being approved by the British Board to fight Haye in England.

I watched Chaggy vs Travis Walker -- actually an entertaining scrap.

Chagaev obviously didn't train hard for the fight and Walker put up a better fight than expected, but...

...on the plus side, Chaggy still showed very fast hands and a solid chin.

That alone makes Chaggy a threat to Davey Hayte.

I don't think Haye wants this fight at all, and I expect him to try and get out of it.

Chaggy beat Valuev far more convincingly than did little David Hayte.

right so,the german experts who have nothing to do with england,maybe they need to talk to the british experts who actually have a clue of what goes on!.

Chaggy didn't take the Walker fight seriously and Walker actually tried a bit.

Chaggy would be ready for Haye -- and give him all he can handle.
