Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe great fights require it to be back and forth action and atleast somewhat competetive. This fight will be a one way street in terms of action. Alvarez will pound away at Matthew and stop him. It won't be even slightly competetive.

Hatton isn't any worse or better then Senchenko. It's an ok fight for Alvarez who needs to continue to develop.

Zaveck would have been awesome, but you can't force him to take the fight.

You really have a ton of hate for this man. Let him be, hes trying to live his dream, I dont remember him doing anything so dishonorable or cowardly to have to much hate on this dude. Hes stepping up, if he gets dropped, o well atleast he tried.

props to matthew for taking the fight, unlike the other two euro-fighters GBP was trying to match canelo up with.

Saul Alvarez is entertaining but very limited, Matt Hattin is entertaining but limited. The ref will have more head movement than either of these guys. This is a perfect fight for Canelo, he's popular but still a ways from prime time.

Hatton is a GREAT fight at this point in Canelo's career. He's been on WAY bigger stages fighting in Vegas under his brother, I believe he may even be a Europeon champion.

Canelo is a terrific prospect but seriously unpolished. For his first fight after training in the US I think this is a very legit fight and will be action until it stops.

I do predict Canelo will stop Hatton but Hatton is not push over for him at this point.
