Agreed, having a tune up is fair enough, however he has fought 2 b-level boxers in a row and now he is taking on the biggest name b-sider in the sport.

On the other hand I suppose there are minimal oppurtunities out there for him aside from getting demolished at middleweight or taking on one of the young guns from the junior welter division.

If he fought Berto everyone would have said he was dodging Mosley again, but he is fighting Mosley and now people are suggesting that the younger Berto would have provided a stiffer challenge.

Personally, I would have prefered to see him settle the score with Marquez but thats not going to happen anytime soon. I wonder if they will make a 24/7 of the Pacquiao-Mosley fight, based on their most recent appearances on the program with Margarito and Mayweather respectively, it figures to be about as entertaining as watching MTV on mute.

No one would say he's dodging Mosley because very few wanted the fight after we saw him against Mora. And everyone begged for him not to take it beforehand. No need to sugarcoat, my man.

I really wouldn't care, but they should try something different, all these 24/7's are f-ckin repetitive. mayweather says no one likes me, yada yada yada, i'm god-gifted, pac says i want to give a good fight, i hope my opponent train hard. and everybody else trys to explain why they're a viable opponent. someone had an idea that maybe they should put this fight on showtime, just to get like a 360 series on it, i'd f-ckin love that.

oh and ronnie, i know ur only responding to critics, but anyone who thinks Mosley shouldn't be taken serious is setting themselves up to lose. i'd hardly call this a tune-up. mosley's legit, let's not downplay one of Mayweather's best wins just cuz Pac is about to face him.

I admit he's big as hell in the Philippines but come on now that's about as far as it goes.
LMAO u don't read much do ya? Maybe u need to check out some of the press over there, but pac is a ****ing monster in Asia. Even here in America it's getting crazy. When was the last time u saw a boxer on 60 minutes? Dude is pretty big outside the philippines bro, hate to break it to ya. He's probably bigger around the world then he is here in america, and that's saying something. Touch up on ur international game

all boxers have a right to choose who they want to fight, but the fans can complain about a fight if they want to.

Obviously there r will people that will say whatever but those r the people that will say whatever anyway no matter who Pac fights. True boxing fans wouldn't complain about the Berto fight. In fact, most of us were saying this before Mosley-Pac was even sign, back when they were wondering who Pac's next opponent would be and no one knew. Fact is, though, that every true boxing fan hates the idea of Manny/Mosley. In fact, the only person I'd care to watch Mosley fight his last performance is Berto
