Thats 3 consecutive years that Pacquiao has outsold Gayweather.

This is what a lot of Floyd fans fail to grasp. When Floyd's on "vacation" and not fighting for a year, you can't keep him in the mix as to who is the cash cow.

If he comes back at some point and exceeds Pac's PPV buys, then he can be considered number one. But you can't keep occupying the spot when you're not fighting. Otherwise Oscar is still the cash cow.
