What's Pacquiao's best win at Welterweight, Cotto? People can cry about Mosley being shot as much as they like the fact of the matter is he was the man to beat at Welterweight when Pacquiao chose to fight Clottey and Cotto. Mosley was the man to fight at Welterweight when Mayweather fought him.

It's real simple,Mosley is a cherrypicked opponent,just like Margarito was for a title at 154,just like Clottey was,(although he is a very solid welterweight name).Clottey in all honesty is the most legitamite win for Pacman at 147,because mainly in part it was the only championship fight he had above 140 that wasn't a catchweight.
