Did Bob Arum promote Ali-Holmes? Or was it King?

I was watching a 30-30 documentary on the Ali-Holmes fight. Ali's fight doctor was talking and he exclaimed that the promoters that handled that fight should have been lined up and shot. He had urged him to retire back in 1977 after the Shavers fight. This was back in 1980 and Ali was already displaying some symptoms of Parkinsons during training camp.

I am almost 100% sure King was the promoter of that fight.
