I like this,simple & full of ****.Margarito fought Pacman for a 154lb strap.Mosley fought Mora at the same.

I want the Pac/Floyd fight but it's not happening right now for whatever reason.

People say Manny should have defended his belts/clean out the lower divisions..

He's doing it right now at WW.. already took out Clottey/Marg/Cotto.. Shane is next. Who else should he fight at WW? Berto? Bertos discussing a fight with Randall Bailey.. Seriously? That says it all..

Marquez? .. But I think I'd lilke the Marquez fight to finish the trilogy though.

After this BS .. If Floyd doesn't want the fight.. Manny should either go for the JMM trilogy or go down and clean out 140 lb div. and fight the younger fighters to stop all this BS. And the end of the day we are stuck with this fight.. might as well enjoy it.

Dude is clearly out the WW division.

People bash Manny for just jumping around and not cleaning out a division, but after he beats Shane, the only WW's left are Berto and Mayweather.

Besides Margarito has been a top WW for about a decade. Clottey has been a top tier WW for a while and so has Shane.

A champ fighting other top fighters in his division.....what's wrong with that?

According to Pacman fans,Marquez needs to beat Khan & Berto to fight Pacman.Bradley needs to beat Alexander,Khan & Berto to fight Pacman.Berto needs to beat anyone a Pacman fan deems necessary to fight Pacman.

I'd like to believe that Pacman is a fair dude,like his fans always say,so since ya'll always say what the above mention needs to do,please tell me what Clottey,Margarito & Mosley have done lately to merit a fight with the pfp king,thank U!!

In response to this, Clottey for that time frame was the best fight that team Pac could make. Mosley and Berto where scheduled to fight, and Mayweather had falling through the waste side on drug testing issue. Clottey is also a proven fighter at WW, and was coming off a pretty good performance in which some felt he beat Cotto. For that time it was a good fight, and the only fight out there for Pac. So you should lighten up a little bit on that.

As far as Margarito goes, no arguement there, he didn't deserve that fight, and it shouldn't have been for the title. However, things went south again when Team Pac tried to make a fight with Mayweather, and he was to busy on vaction. Now from here he could have went back down to 140, and cleaned out that dvision, which is a loaded division with a handful of good fights. It's something i know I've been saying he should do for a while now. Instead he took on Margarito for a title that shouldn't even have been on the line, against a fighter that didn't really deserve that kind of payday after being caught using Plaster of Paris in his gloves. I didn't like the fight, I didn't agree with the fight, and if you want to complain about it; your well with in your grounds to.


On the subject of Pacquiao-Mosley: That's just straight business, nothing personal. Looking at the options he had: JMM, Andrea Berto, and SSM, Shane is probably the bigger name of the 3, with the most amount of money to be made. JMM as far as I'm concern stands no chance IMO against Pac at anything above 140. I'm glad they didn't go that route because as much as i'd like to see him put the icing on that saga once and for all -- ant no way anyones going to give him credit for a win over Marquez at 147. Andrea Berto is the fight I wanted to see Pacquiao take, but I knew going on the number's that dude just doesn't have the appeal of someone like Marquez or Mosley. So what are his options? He ant going down to 140 (even so 2 of the top guys are already scheduled to fight) Sergio Martinez is to big, Mayweather's in hot water, so who else is going to fight? Berto is the strongest challange for Pac, with Mosley being the next threat. Marquez he doesn't even factor into this equatiuon, as he'd get Knocked into the outer limits this time around 140 or above. So Mosley-Berto makes sense, Mosely just makes better business sense. Between Berto and Mosley, Mosley has the superior record and drawing power for the casual fans, that being the only reason he landed the fight -- shoe on the other foot, Berto would have gotten the fight.

The best I can do? C'mon homie.. we been talked about this issue before. It doesn't matter if Shane was signed to fight Manny prior to Berto choosing Bailey or not. The fact of the matter is Berto is not going after legitimate fighters in the WW division. I'm not asking the guy to go for even top 10 in WW..

Cintron the frog called him out.. Collazo is calling him out for a rematch (collazo got robbed).. Clottey is free for a fight.. And these are fighters Manny would get criticized for fighting (already fought Clottey and got ridiculed) and Berto wants NO part of it. Instead Berto's team is discussing a fight with Randall Bailey.. Really? There is a reason Berto did not secure a fight with sugar shane.

Margarito was for the 154lb title.Clottey was a top fighter,but he didn't do anything to deserve the fight.Mosley,c'mon now,they wouldn't fight him 2 years ago high off of dominating Margarito,but 2 years & 2 fights later,he's suddenly ok,hmmmm.

But regardless of how U try to turn it,Berto was a better choice,titlist,undefeated & so forth,but team Pacman chose an old legend who hasn't performed well in years.
