no surprise pacquiao says shane will be his smartest n tough fight after getting a draw with a bum and running out of gas after he thought mayweather was rocked in 2 rds. LOL this fight will be exciting for 4 n a half minutes.

Pac mosley was the result of Floyd ducking the fight, JMM returning back at 135 after the beating from Floyd and Pac already cleaned up the rest! Dont Bring Berto, He hasnt done anything yet!

I agree, it's not an ideal fight but at least all of the marquee WWs of this generation will be Ws on his record- Cotto, Margarito, Mosley. He will have done in a year and 1/2 what Floyd hasn't/wouldn't in 6 years in the division.

His resume before '08 was already HOF worthy, everything after that is just icing on his ATG legacy cake.

I find Floyds fights intriguing, I was curious to see how JMM would do against him and there is nothing negative anyone can say about his match with Shane at that time. A difference a year makes but Floyd at least fights guys who seem to have hope of winning. Pacs fights just feel like shams, just as your sig suggests.

What would you classify Floyd, a welterweight, fighting Marquez, a lightweight (really career featherweight), at 144 but coming in 2 lbs overweight?

Not saying Pacquiao-Mosley is what I asked Santa for but...

Can't call Pac taking on Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, and Mosley in succession a 'sham' and then call Floyd-Marquez 'intriguing'

true to a degree, but at least we got a couple of decent fights last year such as khan maidana, martinez burns, katsidis marquez. if the names you mentioned pull ther finger out then boxing would be a hell of alot better.

I agree with the Prince,Mic.That is exactly why I said U really can't support Floyd & talk **** about Pacman, they are 2 sides of the same coin.
