Well yeah but he didnt have a proper camp bc roach was busy with manny. Trust me with a proper camp with roach he will make weight and be hell for cotto. People sleeping on him but he has power not the fastest but not the slowest and he is a good combination puncher. Plus just his size will be trouble for him.
