Again, I repeat: NOBODY from Team Pacquiao nor even his most devoted fansopposed to the "random" drug tests were saying anything remotely close to "Year Round Drug Testing" back in 2009 when they talks were ongoing. Not a word in the media about "Year Round Drug Testing" from any of the pros in the industry to justify Manny backing out of "random" style drug testing.

It's only been the few Floyd haters not even connected to Team Pacquiao who keep bringing it up.

thanks to floyd's introduction to "random" testing, the nsac has reviewed their testing and found at that floyd was right, and has implemented better testing that includes blood testing up to the day before the fight.

they did review their testing and found out that blood testing to close to a fight to present unnecessary risks such as hematoma. actual doctors determined it is unnecessary.

Nobody from the commissions, HBO, Arum and Manny or their team even had to entertain the thought of any extra testing for one fight, but they played Floyds game, called his bluff and watched him fold and go on vacation.

Floyds a b itch and the world knows it. There are proper ways to make changes within sports, and then there are ways to act like you're doing something for the betterment of the sport while having an ulterior motive. The ulterior motive in this case for Floyd,

To this day, there is still no petition from Floyd, or any other fighters or promotional companies to the sanctioning bodies or governing commissions to include any type of random drug testing.
