its actually an unfortunate circumstance. because of the super high minimum wage we have, most people cannot afford to pay others to do jobs that many Mexicans will do under the table.

if only minimum wage was lowered(admittedly by a lot), Mexican immigrants(and others without much education) could afford to get real jobs with employers, which would not only be netter for them but make what theyre doing legal and giving the government some extra tax profits.

if only minimum wage wasnt so high, there would be sooo many more job opportunities in America...

thats the problem because this country makes it more difficult for Mexicans to get here legally. The immigration system is broken. their reasoning is that there are already too many Mexicans here. For other races it is much easier. 1986 was the last year that amnesty was given to Mexicans. now Mexicans can only come here legally if requested to work by a company or if they marry an American citizen. They are trying to keep whites in power. but they are fighting losing battle they just don't know it. As demographics go there are more white people who are old(baby boomers) than young white people. This is the main reason why social security will disappear cuz there are more people retiring than working. and the young white people are having less kids. on the other hand most Latinos are younger and having more children. It is a simple matter of numbers.
