Even against Mayweather, Marquez was physically out-matched to the point where he could not get his game going against Floyd, because he could not pay the price for his mistakes ala' round 2.

Mayweather did not attempt to out-muscle JMM, but that is not his style.....
however the physical disadvantages meant that Marquez could not settle into the fight and get his game going to compete with the skills of Mayweather.

He simply could not take any risks against Mayweather's skills, because of the size disadvantage, but he was definitely not "out-classed"..... he was out-matched.

Marquez deserves the payday, and so does Morales.

I get dubbed as a Marquez Hater but the truth is I have seen this story way too many times.

As a fan of Hamed....I watched JMM cry for two years on how Naseem was ducking him, to get the offered the fight along with the biggest payday of his career, only to turn it down and say he wasn't ready and he wanted more money.

As a fan of Erik Morales.....Top rank tried to set up Morales vs Marquez for fall of 2006, Arum offered JMM a career high payday of 1.5 million.....only for Marquez to ask for 3 million LOL and ultimately turn down the fight.

As a fan of Manny....I watched Marquez turn down 750k (career high payday) only to go to indonesia and get beat by Chris John. I also watched him price himself out again but this has been brought up in this thread, so there is no need to retype it.

Why anyone would believe this dude (Marquez) is beyond me. Dude is notorious for these antics, but some how everyone is lying but him.
