I doubt it, Marg is far better at cutting off the ring than Baldo and Floyd likes to back into the ropes and that's where Marg does his damage.

honestly, that probably happens, but if they fight atleast wifebeater can say he actually beat marg instead of just inferring that he'd beat marg.

You have to realize that Mayweather & his camp will know Margarito is dangerous if you back up on the ropes, so they'll tell him not to stay on the ropes, Mayweather doesn't leave his game plan at any point.

Mayweather wasn't supposed to stay on the ropes against Hatton, he didn't for the first 6 rounds but then realized that Hatton was that good on the inside as people made it out to be.

What reason is there for PBF to fight Margarito now? Margarito is a borderline journeyman after the bludgeoning he took from Pac. He has a foothold to staying alive in boxing only because he had Cotto's number before and they're planning a rematch. And even that's not a given win for him now.

This will remain a fantasy fight for *******s and *****s.
It will never happen. I do wish Marg splits with Top Rank
so this Arum excuse would disappear for Floyd. One thing
is sure, fighting a pressure fighter that doesn't go down
after being beat to a hamburger in twelve rounds will not
be easy for a small guy. No wonder Cotto gassed out in
              the later rounds.

seriously haters, this fight won't happen and floyd would win easily. Margarito would press but floyd would school him. Counters would slow margarito down.

What's next, a why is floyd afraid of clottey thread? Oh my bad I think we already had that.

Fighting Margarito if you're a small man is like fighting bees in
a cage. Every round you hope it's the last round. I don't think
Floyd will have that kind of stamina and focus with Margs. So
one thing is sure, not a lot of boxers his height will cherrypick
Margarito let alone small guys like Floyd.
