I'm a fight choreographer.... here's some food for thought... fights in film are exaggerated for entertainment value and in order to match tempo and rhythm with the story. Also just because it happened doesn't mean its interesting. Real fights have a big lack of technique, speed and power due to adrenaline and exhaustion of the fighters... while film goes take after take to make every punch presentable for film.
They are 2 different worlds you are comparing too.
