Back to the thread, I don't like this fight one bit. But as long as Cotto boxes him and I think he can get Mayorga out of there. I mean, Mayorga is there to be hit and Cotto needs to dig to the body early and often.

Why:

Cotto struggles with strong guys who are bigger than he is. He has a hard time dodging right hands. Mayorga is a crazy dude who will apply pressure. He recently made Mosley look like garbage not to long ago. Ive never seen Cotto hold up when pressured. He folds. I like Cotto hope he wins.

Now if Mayo doesnt train hard and his chin is finished then this is a moot point.

I have this feeling too but being realistic, Mayorga is not that smart in the ring. Cotto will dig that body early and Mayorga will gas out leaving Cotto open for an easy TKO victory.

Gut feeling wrong, I saw Mayorga's last fight and he don't have much left gets tired after 3 rounds. Cotto have problems if you pressure him on the later rounds.
