WBA bantamweight champion Anselmo “Chemito” Moreno (30-1-1 10KOs) has officially signed the contract to defend his title against Lorenzo “Lencho” Parra (31-2-1 18KOs). Panamanian promoter Carlos González of Best Box was present as Moreno inked the document to defend his title on February 19 at the Arena Roberto Duran of Panama City. A press conference is scheduled for the next week.
