haye gave into every one of wlad's demands. this IMHO proves that haye wants the fight.
but wlad IMHO is playing games with haye to get revenge for haye's trashtalk in the past. fighting haye within 9 weeks of a fight against chisora is kinda giving off the impression that haye is a bum. also it increases haye's anxiety that wlad will pull out of the fight, considering wlad has a pull out clause in all of his contracts, and that wlad has a history for pulling out of fights last minute, ala the chisora fight. not to mention that haye wants to retire soon and wlad is trying to call haye's bluff.
all boxing fans want this fight to happen, but haye is the only one of is taking this fight seriously. wlad it seems is being flippant and playing mind games.
therefore, IMHO, wlad is to blame if the fight doesn't come off.
