What most of you guys aren't talking about is the fact that Sky won't push back or move up the Khan fight versus nobody fight.

Are you seriously trying to tell me that this fight isn't happening because of a PPV conflict, This fight is the equivalent of PAC vs PBF but in the HW division, I seriously doubt whoever Amir brings to the table, it will generate as much as this fight will.

SKY network has failed the boxing world.

Yeah, blame Sky for not moving Khan's date which has been set in stone for ages. The fact is Wlad wouldn't have fought Haye in April just as he won't fight him in July. 8 weeks is nothing in boxing terms. There is no reason whatsoever to fight Chisora none. Well, there is one and that's to dodge Haye.

Khan fight has been set in stone for ages. Khan is reliable, you can bank on him fighting. Haye unfortunately isn't...and whilst i'm a Haye fan, he has pulled out of fights. They are protecting themselves. Couple that with the fact that Haye is on his way out and could be his last fight and that Khan is the PPV star of the future, they are backing the right guy from a business stand point...but from a fight persepctive i dont want to see Khan's tune up, i would rather watch Haye & Wlad.

Who is Khan fighting? there's only two people in the world that would generate this amount of money fighting Khan #1 and #2 P4P and neither fighter is gonna fight Khan.

Wlad called Chisora out for a fight and then bailed on him with an injury on fight week. Rescheduling that fight is the honorable thing to do. Haye bailed on the Klitschkos numerous times already, so his ass can wait.

Haye bailed once and that was due to Setanta going under. Haye has never been in a contract with the Klitschko's since, and wouldn't enter another agreement with them because of the games they play at the negotiation table.

Khan's last fight was a thriller.

Haye's last fight was a stinker.

Haye is not nearly as popular as he imagines himself to be. SKY has made the logical decision.

I just find it hard to believe that a PPV conflict is stopping the biggest HW in many years, I see what you're saying but from a business stand point, everyone knows which fight is generating more.

I don't think some of you guys realise how popular amir khan is over here, David Haye's popularity has sky rocketed over the last couple of years, but everyone in the UK knows who amir khan is, casual fans, general public, even old ladies. The guy has been making 6 and 7 figures since his first fights. You can't blame sky for backing him, they are grooming him like hbo and golden boy are to be a future pound 4 pound star, and possibly fight mayweather which would break records on sky box office if it ever happened. Whilst I agree that haye vs klitschko is a huge fight, much bigger than khan's next fight, they are backing the fighter that has made more money for them in the past and will continue to for the forseeable future.
