Why, as a boxing fan, should I care at all about Wladimir being a 'good business man'?

the originally scheduled date was called off because of injury, Wladimir has 0 obligation to fight him. and good riddence. EVen if Haye is just being a big puss and will never fight Wladimir I still wouldnt want the Chisora fight to happen.
What are you, an imbecile? Good business is what the industry stands on, and we seen plenty of bad business as it is. If a champion will not abide by his contracts, then who will?

A stay busy fight is self explanitory, its a tune up.....its not going to be against a dangerous opponent. Its nothing to do with "cherry picking". It would be cherry picking if he was fighting Chisora instead of Haye. But he intends to do both.
The problem here is, Haye can't be in a contract with an opponent who is already in a contract with another party and honour his WBA mandatory extension. Thus he would be obligated to fight Chagaev before he could sign for a fight with Wladimir. So by signing for a fight with Chisora, Wlad has made it impossible for Haye to sign for July 2nd.
