The American recording company that slapped Manny Pacquiao a $10-million lawsuit has withdrawn its complaint against the pound-for-pound king’s Emmanuel Pacquiao Foundation.
RBM Group International has sued Pacquiao in a breach of contract lawsuit before the Los Angeles Superior Court in California .
Based on court records, “partial dismissal without prejudice" against Emmanuel Pacquiao Foundation was filed by the lawyer of the “plaintiff/petitioner" on December 14, 2010. Pacquiao hired Los Angeles-based law firm Hobson Dungog + Davis LLP.
