The Harrison fight stunk, it was a shameless money making exercise for Hayemaker.
Haye's behavior in regards to that fight makes me very wary of believing a word he or his mouthpiece Booth says.

we will never truely know what goes on but we all get some idea. haye states many things that sometimes makes you question is he a better comic than a boxer. although he show great power he seems to show weakness in his heart where he seems to show no self belief. he knows vitali is too dangerous and wants wlad (so say) first. sad but true!

Over here he is being paraded around as heavyweight champion when in reality he won a belt which Valuev shouldn't have possessed in the first place. The British media are portraying Wladimir as the guilty party in all this and seem to be suggesting that Haye is somehow equal to the Klitschko brothers because he possesses a paper title and has beaten a few washed up heavyweights.
This is all the result of the increasing reluctance of British broadcasters to show boxing, which has lead to a steady decline in knowledgable boxing fans in this country and a steady increase in 'casual' fans who know nothing about the sport. Carl Froch deserves the attention Haye is receiving right now, yet ask any of these casual fans if they have heard of Froch they won't have a clue.
I hope this fight does happen, as it is likely that Haye will become just another Klitschko opponent who talks himself up before the fight only to fall apart after he takes a first jab to the face.

He'll lose to Haye, and the legacy would be ruined.

Wladimir could have and probably should have given up chisora to get at haye, but let's not forget that haye took the earliest opportunity to declare that, 'I'm done with him!' Lest we forget, haye ducked 3 fights between both brothers and even signed a contract before pulling out at the last minute. Who's ducking? I don't think it is Wladimir even for an instant.
1 from bbc
1 from talk sport
1 from sky
wlad is ducking haye, he got all his demands and the fight in germany yet he then fights 8 weeks before@? plain duck everyone knows it, he cant fight 2 fights in 8 weeks

His whole legacy is built on the myth of him being unbeatable. Once that myth is destroyed people will begin to look at his resume' and realize he has never beaten an opponent above class D.
I dont want this to happen because it would hurt Lennox's win a lot.
