David Haye is a giant bag of wind. Oh Wladimir wants to use the gloves HE wants to use? Wlad wants HIS name first on promotional material? He wants a German doctor?...all of these things should have been granted to Wlad without any question. Haye is making it seem like he's bending to outrageous demands. His pu**y hurts and its so large I can see it from outer space.
wlad didnt want none of it,he picked del boy and youre still making out to be hayes fault
I notice Haye isn't addressing the issue of why not fight Vitali instead?
He don't want none of that -- he watched the Briggs fight and is scared
****less of what the meaner K-Bro would do to him.
He has already said today on national radio he would be happy to fight Vitali on 2nd July. It's clearly not what he would prefer, but is happy to do so if it is the only unification fight available.
haye does have a point, if wlad fights on 4/30 that means he will have roughly 8 weeks give or take a few days to rest, recover, and train for his next match. i guess haye feels that wlad is not taking him or chisora as a serious threat.. either that and/or that wlad will try and postpone their fight because it may be to soon after the chisora fight, pending what goes on during that fight. haye makes a valid point. for example:if wlad were to break his finger knocking out chisora, the fight would be off

its not just that, haye cant sit around for 4 months, the wba wont allow it without a signed contract which cant be done due to the fight

The WBA allowed the Harrison fight which is one of the poorest excuses of a heavyweight fight in probably 25 years, a fight that Haye promised would never happen.

Of course they allowed it, why wouldn't they ? Haye had met his obligations with the WBA and defended the belt with honour against Ruiz. He was perfectly entitled to defend against Harrison as his voluntary defence. Harrison was european champion (he relinquished the title to allow the fight with Haye to be made).
How do you think Wladimir wound up fighting Chisora (who is merely a British champion) in the first place ? It's called a voluntary defence.
Haye's current predicament is a mandatory obligation to fight Chagaev. The only way round this is signing a unification fight, which he now cannot do with Wladimir for nearly four months.

Sorry to piss on your chips.
Heh heh, no, I REALLY hope he does fight Vitali. That's the fight I wanted to see all along.

It was more the way the fight went down than the fact that it even took place that was so pathetic.
Haye bragged about placing a bet on himself to KO Harrison in round 3, and there is video evidence to suggest that he cued Fraudley on when to hit the canvas in that round.
If Haye bet on himself and held back until round 3, that would be akin to Roger Federer or Rafael Nadal betting on himself to win in three sets, and intentionally tanking a set. Totally unethical and worthy of suspension.
Harrison had to go before a British Boxing Council to explain why he should even be paid for that fight.
The Haye-Harrison debacle was the final straw for a lot of people who were wavering about David Haye, and for good reason.

I totally agree. I was merely responding to Boxing Scene (the poster) about why the WBA allowed it.
The Harrison fight stunk, it was a shameless money making exercise for Hayemaker.
