    I think it sucks personally.

I'm a big fan of Maravilla. He's the Middleweight king ffs! Why put him in there with a small virtually untested unheard of Junior Middleweight? Why not at least have him fight Zbik? A guy who's been just waiting his turn and is a natural Middleweight. Afterwards do a unification with Pirog? I would actually pay to see him fight on a ppv of HBO, if it were a credible middleweight fight.

Meanwhile clownshoes like Andre Berto are kept in the pantry and they pay him whatever he wants..

    Truly disgusting...

I think they're giving him $1 million (dzinziruk)..... maybe they're just trying to put him in an easy fight and prolong his reign? That's all I can really think of.

However, the $1 milliion Dzinziruk is getting is absurd, and will kill the 2011 boxing year

I do, Dzhinzhurik will be the best fighter Martinez has faced in his career. No more facing overrated Americans.

I agree. But hell Zbik is a "tuneup" in my opinion and the fight holds quite abit more meaning, is much more important with Zbik being the undefeated interim champion....Also the fight with Dzinzuruk runs the risk of Sergio being stripped...and for what? So Sergio can destroy a little guy that really has no chance in hell of winning? Why not..beat Zbik in a more entertaining, meaningful fight, then unify with Pirog, and try for a Mayweather megafight, which Sergio has a better chance of winning than most think. Also this would be an important fight for Mayweather legacy wise. In that respect how can Mayweather ignore Maravilla?

Mayweather and Maravilla crossing styles is quite abit more intriguing than Mayweather owning and stopping Pacquiao..Let's stop bull****ting ourselves.

If you think Sergei Dzinziurk is the worst option for Martinez, you don't know much about boxing to be honest. He has the best resume out of all the potential opponents and he's a bigger jr.middleweight (he's taller than Martinez is). He'd beat Lee and Zbik.
