if pac destroys jmm, you will simply say jmm is over the hill and can't carry the weight above 135 lbs. that is why jmm must prove he isn't over the hill and can carry the weight. otherwise there are too many excuses that can be made.

Or it could be due more with the whole Golden boy thing. Lets not forget that Pac team went to Schafer about a 3rd fight with JMM and JMM asked for 50/50 and OST(which is the reason that killed the Floyd fight, which no doubt would of killed the JMM fight) back in January.
