LOL. You complain about Wlad not throwing punches, and then you complain about Vitali throwing too many punches.
That just goes to show how the K-Bros can't win with some people.
Wlad has had a couple of stinkers, maybe--I can't say I was thrilled by the Sultan fight, and I was there--but I am never bored by Vitali.
He may not have knocked Briggs out, but he broke his face and put him in the hospital for 2 weeks. And he was on the offence the whole fight.
Briggs may have been stopped before, but that was the worst beating he's ever taken.
"They" are not the same fighter, and while Manny has Wlad fighting in a style that some don't like (I heard all the same complaints about Lennox, "he's boring," "he only uses the jab and the straight right," something everyone forgets now), Vitali is a different animal. He also fights up to the competition, meaning he gets better the more someone pushes him, or the more of a threat he perceives them to be.
That being said, Wlad impressed me in his last fight, when he chopped Peter down like a tree, and even threw some nice uppercuts to finish him off.
When Haye is destroyed by a Klitschko, everyone will be saying he's just a blown-up cruiser anyway, and blah blah blah. It's always the same ****, and THAT is boring.Last edited by ChopperRead; 01-05-2011, 05:08 PM.Comment

Booth just said on sky sports news that they bent over backwards to make this fight they accepted all there terms and then the Wlad camp said no we will fight Chisora LOL!Comment
