If Cotto gets past Mayorga and margo, I'm pretty sure he'll fight Martinez. That's what's I've read hear and there, though, way too soon to tell. But Cotto would fight Martinez if he can get it done. Cotto don't duck no one.

Are you sure about that? If you rewind the clock a bit you should remember that Mosley-Berto was already signed. Berto backed out of the fight because of the incident in Haiti. Berto was off the charts for a bit while dealing with incidents involved with the earthquake. Of course Mosley had to keep it moving.

I don't agree with the "money is everything" argument, but arum does. I don't think it's a duck. Bradley, Mayweather and Martinez are the only ones I see challenging pac.

Pacquiao ducking Berto is one of the dumbest things anyone could say. He's still, to this day, not fought anyone to get a shot at the number one fighter in the world. Why does he get a Pacquiao fight? I'll accept an answer that makes fiscal sense or one that is built on his level of opposition to this point.
