You might want to read and enhance your knowledge about genetics.
No, you're not "born" as a scientist or a boxer. Its something you have to develop and learn from the ground up.

Genetics is a crutch for lazy people who don't know how to work out properly.

    Fuck yourself.

If he takes em with no cut off it's, "Well anyone can pass them let's see him test year round".

He does that then it's, "Well save his blood so years down the road we can test it in case these current methods are able to detect unkown PEDs".

How do I know this? Well look at Usian Bolt and the fact that he has took even test know to man. If people are gonna believe he is juicing...no test in the world will change their mind.
He should take the test and prove he's clean then proceed to get embarrassed by someone who can box.

I'm tired of him making excuses. This could be solved in 1 day and this guy keeps stalling.

Man, have you ever seen and heard Pacquiao interviewed answering all the questions thrown at him?

Even if it's not about the drug testing question, you would still not be satisfied with his answers, because that's all that he is. Simple, and no complications. He usually doesn't answer everything in detail.

Even if you speak to him in his language you will still find the same simple answer. And it obviously speaks of the person that he is.

Maybe. He did the same to Shane for a long time.

        How do you know?

This is false. I can't help you if you don't have facts.

Wouldn't it be convenient for every participant? Or, just the ones not juicing. Yeah, stop wasting your time.

The lengths of these tests are devised by USADA, not Floyd Mayweather. And they don't do year-round tests for every event and sport, including boxing.
Do you not think a fighter can cycle PED's in between fights, kinda like a ball player in the off season? My whole point is this, Floyd should not be the one dictating the terms as far as dope testing is concerned. If the commission wants to change it for everyone then that is fine. Floyd obviously saw a huge challenge infront of him and used this whole PED thing as a way out of the fight and a way to slander someone's name. I'll be honest with u. I wish Pac woulda said fine, whatever it takes to get him in the ring. It didn't happen that way and I can see why.

That's all well and good but I'm not listening for what he didn't say, I'm listening to what he did say. You do realize that, along with this countless contradictory comments to the press, he also issued an official statement regarding his stance?

I'm sorry man... Didn't Pac agree to the testing? Exactly why hasn't this fight been made?

Sure they can. And they can juice while they train which is, specifically, what the blood tests are for.

You could say the same thing about catchweights, penalties and other things Manny uses to his benefit. So that's irrelevant. Furthermore, the testing that the commission has today began with the fighters themselves agreeing to it in their contracts. It took the commission over five years to come around. Change doesn't come from one place.

The only way he could know that asking for testing would get him out of the fight would be if he could read Manny's ever-changing mind, or if he knew for certain Manny was juicing and wouldn't stop for a mega-bucks bout.

Huh? You don't have to be a scientist to understand something about genetics.

Maybe that's the reason why those of you who are accusing Pacquiao of PEDs right away without any proofs, are locked up in the world of testing, without any consideration of other possible reasons as to why he didn't agree immediately to take the test .

Even with the 7-day cut off date, you are still doubtful to it. What can a drug to within seven days? That kind must be worth billions of dollars, if that is the case.

I do agree that the weight penalties were a bit rediculous, but, at the same time Floyd had just missed a contractual weight by 2 pounds. BTW, I'm not a fan of catchweight fights. I did disagree with them asking Cotto to weigh in at 145, although the very fight before that he weighed 146 and I don't think it made a difference. Also, I'd just like to point out Pac has only one more catchweight fight than Floyd.
