Malignaggi is a bad style match up for kotelnik, I could see him getting outboxed, Bailey is too old imo

Both are good step up fights at 147.

Bailey is still a good name on your resume and hes still very dangerous with that right hand.

Paulie is an even match-up. But if he wants a big fight he has to step up.

I think this would be a great crossroads match up. Kotelnik has lost to khan and had 2 real close fights against alexander and maidana. Ortiz seems like he is stuck in 2nd gear in every fight. I think being slightly vulnerable mentally kotelnik could potentially grind him down, or ortiz finally steps up and gets a great result against a top 140 lber. Either way it will tell us a hell of a lot about ortiz, he won't be able to blast kotelnik out of there and at some point the fight will become tough. The winner would move onto a world title shot.
