Naseem is indirectly justifying this match up. He has no choice but to say that. Remember this is the same guy who was on Floyd's jock during the fight with his fighter, mosley. He cant train a guy and say he may get his ass kicked. Its not to hard to read into it. The only things that can catch up to Floyd like most elite fighters, is age and going up to many weight divisions. Hes in better shape than anyone hes fought. He is always more accurate and has the best defense in the history of boxing. Not to mention he always controls the distance (minus Castillo I) and takes advantage of all bad habits and Manny has a few. There aint much left to master outside of punching power which isnt necessary to dominate.

For your answer,, who else would Pacquiao fight aside from them? Berto clearly doesn't have any interest to fight Pac when he was interviewed. Marquez? He's exposed as just wanting to have a big payday. JMM and Berto or JMM and Khan could have fought so JMM can show and force Pacquiao to fight him as he would be a legitimate challenger if he did. But all im wanting to see is Pac vs Floyd fight dont you agree and did that answered your question?

I'm confused by most of you guys logic. When Floyd beat Oscar, the crew of people Floyd "ducked" were Margarito, Cotto, and Paul Williams. I don't recall any of them being an undefeated 147 lb champ that could unify the belts like Berto is. I don't recall any of them being in two fights with Floyd and winning more rounds against him in the combined fights which resulted in a draw and a controversial win like Marquez is. So why is it Floyd "ducked" these guys who have done less to warrant a fight with Floyd than the current slate of fighters in Manny's path? I tell people all the time that this is a business. And it's only convenient for people to notice that when it's their favorite fighter in the driver's seat. The same "JMM and Berto or JMM and Khan could have fought so JMM can show and force Pacquiao to fight him as he would be a legitimate challenger if he did" logic you're using as reasoning to defend Pac's choice of opponent is the exact thing Floyd is being clowned for in the article.
