when he arguably beat Paul Williams [top 10 P4Per at the time] in 2009 ,

Martinez was catapulted into the top 10 as well (at #7-10 i believe).

this year he disposed of Kelly Pavlik to win the lineal Middle weight crown

and KO'ed Williams [who was top 5 P4P] in a matter of two rounds.


in all honestly i would have JMM above him, but Martinez is closing in.
