No. Because Harris has accused Mayweather of domestic violence in the past, only to recant or stop cooperating with police.
In December 2003, she told Las Vegas police that he assaulted her outside a nightclub during an argument over another woman. But at the July 2005 trial, Harris testified that she had lied about being beaten. She said Mayweather was a "teddy bear" who had never laid a hand on her. The jury acquitted Mayweather of the felony domestic violence charge.
While it's possible Mayweather is guilty, Harris has a noted reputation for filing false charges.Comment

Very unfortunate for the mother and children to go through
that. I mean, it looks bad on video that she is leaving on a
stretcher but what did the hospital report say? I think in
court, that is what it will boil down to. How bad she was
hurt. He could have just shook her up but who really knows
except the people in the house but at the end of the day,
women can provoke you to go that route but I would suggest
to all the men, if that ever happens, to just leave the house
and let the steam cool off. Floyd if your frustrated, then get
ya ass in the gym or the ring, I would say BOTH and work it

Doubt it. He'll most likely pay a fine, do some community work
at a women's battered shelter and take anger management classes.
I know alot of you wish that he was going to jail but if the law works
how I think it works. It won't happen, expecially in Las Vegas where
Floyd brings the money. I say if he keeps up his shenanigans then
sooner or later your lucky streak ends. This and poking a security
guard in the face is not going to cut it.Comment
