I hate to say it, but I agree with Margs here. I love Cotto, but I think the stylistic match-up is all in favor of Tony. Cotto retreats towards the end of fights, and that's when Margarito's come-forward style would eventually overwhelm him again.

What a ****** comparison!!Resto killed somebody using loaded gloves. IMO Margarito never used them, allegedly his trainer tried to load his gloves for the Mosely fight!! If Margarito had used loaded gloves in most of his fights like some people are accusing him of dont you think someone would of died by now!! Come on His trainer maid a mistake wether it was to gain an advantage or like some have said to help protect Margaritos hands. What about The steroid users in boxing, the ones who have been alleged to have used them and the ones who have been caught, What do People say about that? So let me get this straight you dont want people to hate on Margarito because he got caught trying to cheat but you want people to hate on pepole who have not been caught cheating yet? The fact that you say that it was simply mistake on the part of his trainer or that he put plater in to gain an advantage only shows your bias towards the issue. Using anything illegal to gain an advantage = cheating!!

While I hate the isssue of race always coming up in these threads it works both ways, have you read some of the things that your Mex counters parts post? In the case of Margarito I think everyone has a right to hate on him. It was proven that he was attempting to cheat, regardless of how you attempt to justifiy it, his camp was attempting to cheat there is no denying or justifying that.

You seem to forget that COTTO is not training himself anymore, STEWARD is. And let me tell you, this last run of his will be a very good one. COTTO has always been a smart fighter who knows what to do in there. The reason for both his losses is simple, He didn't stick to the game plan because he didn't have to! He was the boss in there. Now, with STEWARD, you are starting to see a difference in his defense and footwork, and that's only one fight. I gurantee victory in the rematch if it happens. He may even stop CHEETO. Just don't forget why CHEETO beat COTTO to begin with. OK? he is not on COTTO'S level in the skill department and this rematch with no PLASTER, will prove this theory.
