"Sugar" Shane Mosley is confident that he would do a number on Juan Manuel Marquez, if the two boxers ever met in the ring. Mosley is scheduled to face Manny Pacquiao on May 7 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, but there has been a movement of people who are against the fight. Those people would have prefered to see Pacquiao take part in a third fight with Marquez. Both Mosley and Marquez were in the running to be Pacquiao's next opponent.

The question isn't if Mosley fought Marquez who would win, the question is what fight do FANS want to see more. Pac vs an unimpressive Mosley, or Pac vs JMM 3? I'd go with the trilogy.

i'll go with Mosley.....Marquez is a joke at higher weight.....Mosley fared better against Floyd than Marquez at WW...Mosley almost KO Floyd twice and made him chicken dance and held him for dear life at WW....while Marquez fight was a shutout....Marquez did NOTHING and never a threat for 12 complete round...as if no one is infront of Floyd during the fight....Mosley has punching power and speed to neutralize Pacman in early rounds...

Problem here is Mosley or Marquez to fight Pacquiao, but Nay-sayers will always find something to say against Pacquiao if he fought the two. Mayweather is the fight that everybody (boxing and casual fans) wants to see happen.
