    canelo has 2 step the comp up lil by lil imo. he is only 20 but the tremendous hype around him his gonna call 4 alvarez 2 fight some better fighters pretty soon.

        theres is no basis whatsoever that canelo can even compete with a guy like mosley.......he has'nt even beaten a guy half as dangerous as shane....

            This is true but I have not seen Alvarez in yet with a good enough opponent to convince me he could beat an old Mosley.

              hell no like 15 more fights then he should be ready. i really dont think he should fight hard fights till like 2-3 years from now.

                      All Canelo would have to do is fight awkwardly and keep snapping that jab out with that mean right following the jab. Oh, and lots of clinching, and using his size advantage.

                      I'd pick Mosley landing a serious shot and badly hurting Canelo. With a bit more experience, Canelo can do it. Tough choice. I see how Canelo has a chance, but he's still inexperienced. Jabs, 1-2's and movement can beat Shane over 12.

                      But if I had to bet, I'd pick Mosley via early round TKO. He'd land a flush shot to Canelo's chin, get him in trouble and finish him off Margarito-style.
