The first few rounds neither did **** and could have gone either way hopkins cleary dominated rounds 9-12 and would have TKOed him had there been a 13 go to page 29 in the newest Ring Mag and only 2 out of like 12 prominet boxing writers and observers from all major boxing mags and channels had Hokins winning too , either way I have argued with other people about this as have many on this site we will just wait and see what happens in DEC but do check out the article in Ring "Taylor is middleweight champ, but is he the best middleweight". -
but dude again, the first 8 rounds taylor did a little bit more than what hopkins was doing he was winning rounds, on all the commentators and harold ledderman's card even if by very little, hopkins wasn't even throwinga nething.Originally posted by raesaadThe first few rounds neither did **** and could have gone either way hopkins cleary dominated rounds 9-12 and would have TKOed him had there been a 13 go to page 29 in the newest Ring Mag and only 2 out of like 12 prominet boxing writers and observers from all major boxing mags and channels had Hokins winning too , either way I have argued with other people about this as have many on this site we will just wait and see what happens in DEC but do check out the article in Ring "Taylor is middleweight champ, but is he the best middleweight".
Sadly the fight game is only 12 round max, and hopkins knows that quite well, he started too late, yes he did more damage in the last 4 rounds than taylor did the entire fight but he still loses the fight because taylor had more rounds.
the punch stats show hopkins landing 10 more punches than taylor, if this was an amateur bout hopkins would have won. you cant give him the fight based on the current scoring system of pro boxingComment

man shut the hell up..i said taylor would beat hopkins a year ago..hes faster bigger and stronger..unlike the blown up welterweights hes famous for beatingOriginally posted by Mike Tyson Jr.I didnt beleive in the
curse at first. But then I looked
at all the evidence especially with
Roy Jones on FN2004 and now it happened
to Hopkins. The curse is real. If I was
a fighter I wouldnt go on EA sports game
covers. Hell noComment

well the fight was a draw
so he really didnt beat him.
my point is that the curse
made him lose on the score cards
and had his belts taken away. all
because of the curse.Comment
