Pacroid has absolutley no chance of beating Mayweather. Floyd is just too skilled. If the fight ever happens it will be a mismatch because of the skills. But it will never happen because Pacquiao will never agree to full, random, olympic style drug testing with no cut-off. Without the PED's he has no chance, and his team know it.
Didn't Pacquiao say he will take the OST between rounds if Mayweather wanted? I could give you a link if you want. Obviously he will not take it in between rounds but that tells you that he has agreed to full OST.

I don't know man. I just think Pacquiao can beat him because he has such great footwork, hand speed, power, chin, stamina, etc that will be way too much for Floyd. Pacquiao has the kind of legs and offense to be after Floyd for 12 rounds.

I'm pretty sure that he never agreed to full testing. PM me the link if you want. I have a video where his advisor said (and this was pretty recent) that they were only willing to do the testing with a 7 day cut-off. As most know, a cut-off point would render the whole thing useless because Pacroid could just train normally throughout testing and then take PED's through the cut-off point when Floyd (obviously) wouldnt be taking anything. I totally agree with Floyd not agreeing to this, there's no reason for him to give Pacroid an advantage when he's the bigger draw and has done more.

I don't think Pacquiao cuts off the ring better than a Castillo or De La Hoya. I really don't see much improvements from the fighter that had life and death fights with Marquez. As far as I can tell, the only improvements with Pacquiao are his punching power, workrate, stamina and punch resistance. These are the kind of improvements that come from PED use, which wouldnt be allowed if he agreed to OSDT, I don't think he ever will. As for him beating Floyd, I don't see it. He fights in the same style all the time, Mayweather would adjust and end up just hitting him clean over and over again.

Will Grigsby was a slick boxer. To be fair there wasnt any American's fighting at 105 and Grigsby and Carbajal are the only ones I can remember at 108.

                I understand you're a fan of Pac.

But since you were basically comparing Segura to Pacquiao and Mayweather to Calderon then I had to .

Yes there is. Mayweather Jr, Lopez, never lost.

                      Both of them are unbeatable.
