This isn't a troll thread or anything, don't worry. And if someone's made a thread about this, I apologize, I hadn't seen it.
In any event, I just put it on (HBO InDemand) while I'm waiting on my girlfriend to get out of the shower, and I'm about four rounds in now, and I've noticed that Mosley is horribly telegraphing his every movement in this fight. Or better yet, that's my su****ion. I was wanting to see if there was anyone who could corroborate this.
When Mosley is going on the offensive, he shakes his hands in an almost Parkinsonsesque manner. I've seen people refer to him jittering all over the place, and I noticed it, too, when I first watched the fight. It was a lot of wasted movement, in my opinion, but I didn't think much of it. Just thought it was nerves.
Tonight through the first four rounds, however, I'm noticing that he only does that (starts moving his hands and arms all over the place) right before he's about to throw a punch or go on the offensive. When he's merely holding his hands up in a guard (a ****ty one, by the way), he's looking to counter or be defensive. And he often fails at that. But anyway, that's a pretty clear-cut way to predict his intentions, and a guy as smart as Floyd almost certainly picked up on it early.
You think this tendency is something of a 'tell' or am I drunk already?
(If it is, Roach will exploit that almost assuredly. Same thing he did with Hatton ****ing his hands before he throws. That could spell disaster for Mosley.)
