The dude needs to employ a new strategy for fighting--maybe he needs a new trainer too. All he does is give up his height the entire firght. One of the few times I've seen him land a shot at the very end of his reach was in the Quintana rematch... makes no sense...

Martinez got revenge in their November rematch, by knocking Williams out with a crushing hook in the second round.

P-Will needs a new trainer, I don't know but he needs a new trainer.

I was thinking maybe Emanuel Steward, but that won't be a good fit. I don't know.

I don't know who would be a good fit for him. Maybe Joe Goosen? Maybe. He just needs a new trainer.

Paul should hire Roach as trainer. Pac could use a tall sparing partner in preparation for the middleweight division.

Desperation? More Like KTFO....as for williams it would be a wise move to change trainers since his previous trainer was terrible...either way both guys suck so wtf do we care in the first place about williams or his trainer but i guess excuses never stop in boxing
It is so hard for me to stop watching that.

            PWilliams Trainer is delusional

Wow, thats my 1st reaction. Does he actually think no one watched the fight?...p williams walked right into a BOMB, it was too easy...you could see Sergio setting that punch up from a mile away, his eyes were wide open as he slicked that punch in, i was surprised pwill ddnt see the punch. He got classicly set up and walked right into his punch...2words NO DEFENSE....lol he only squinted naturally as his fist collided with pwills jaw lol lol Pwill will never get better without top class training....he needs a new trainer, one who's HONEST. LOL

and that punch was luck, he hasn't been able to do it again since. you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Pitiful. As soon as Martinez caught Williams with the thunder clap,
he moved away before Williams dropped like he already knew what
was up. Pretty bad being sore losers. He said "out of desperation"
he landed a KO, crushing, over hand left. Ridiculous. Williams was
open for that all day. Martinez was catching him with the same
                punch in the first fight.

This whole interview sounds like desperation.

What a bad joke this guy is. Williams needs to ditch him for the sake of his health and reputation.

Nah, Williams rematch with Quintana wasn't a lucky punch.
Paul timed him, like Martinez timed Williams. All you have to
do is watch the tape of the first fight to get a feel for the
                    same opponent.

This is comedy. Dude got his ass beat even with the catch weight in his favor. The thing is, Williams and Peterson are talking about wanting anybody from 147-154. But you watch, they'll probably go after a guy that may have decent skills but somebody who can't punch like Luis Collazo. And nobody is gonna fight Williams at 147, so they need to get that idea out of their heads.

Williams along with his trainer don't want to make any changes where his defense is concerned. Because Williams having a shoddy defense pretty much gives them an excuse to go down to 147 and fight smaller dudes. Paul is a joke at this point.
